BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY

Any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of your appointment time will be charged a fee of 50% of the amount of service booked.  Any appointment that the client does not call or show up for will be charged a fee of 100% of the amount of the serviced booked.
